Popp is an AI-powered recruitment agent aimed at improving efficiency by automating time-consuming recruitment tasks such as sourcing, engaging, and managing candidates. The platform is built to integrate seamlessly into staffing agencies' workflows, particularly for large corporations that manage complex hiring needs across multiple clients. The goal is to free up recruitment teams to focus on higher-level tasks, enhancing productivity.

The Integration Challenge

Popp's customer base consists of large staffing firms managing global hiring operations across multiple ATS platforms. Each new client brought a unique ATS system, complicating Popp's ability to sync data across various platforms. The increasing number of systems they had to integrate with made it clear that building and maintaining these integrations internally was not sustainable. Popp needed a solution to make it possible to support a large number of ATS integrations quickly, manage real-time data flows between their system and their customers' stack, and meet the high security requirements of their customers without diverting focus from their core product.


As we onboard new clients, they often use different ATS platforms. We need to integrate with these systems, which becomes very complex and isn't something we want to maintain ourselves.
